Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
Join our dynamic team as a Per Diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) in Midland, TX. For over 60 years, Midland Memorial Hospital has maintained its pledge to deliver quality health care to the residents of Midland County and the surrounding region. Our Neonatologists and NNPs work collaboratively to deliver exceptional care in the hospital's NICU.
Job Description
- Work in a 18-bed Level II NICU
- Manage an average of 2300 deliveries annually
- Oversee an average daily census of 11
- Provide in-house NNP coverage 24/7
- Collaborate with physicians who provide in-house coverage during the day and are on call from home
- Participate in the current Level II NICU with plans to develop into Level III by early 2026
Requirements
- TX medical license or active IMLC license preferred
- Current APRN national specialty certification required
- Minimum of a master's degree and 1 year post-grad clinical experience required
- Recent NNP experience required (within the past 12 months)
