General Surgeon

We are seeking a General Surgeon to join our team as a replacement for a surgeon moving closer to family after having their first child. This employed opportunity is located in a beautiful resort area of Maryland/Delaware.

Job Description

• Join 2 other surgeons, 1 PA, and 1 NP
• Handle a lot of bariatric cases with the NP managing bariatrics
• The PA does morning rounds and is in the office in the afternoon
• Call is 1:3 but very rarely called in; no trauma cases
• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Enjoy a beautiful new office within a multi-specialty group of 40 physicians, along with other independent physicians as the referral base
• The area is growing, but 3 surgeons seem to be the right number for the need
• All surgical equipment and team are in place

• Salary guarantee for 2 years with RVUs
