Job Description

• Can be an employed position or partnership
• Ultra-modern office located in an upscale area of Syracuse, NY
• State-of-the-art, twelve-bed infusion suite with a separate mixing room
• 21,000 sq ft facility includes onsite X-ray and Dexa services, as well as lab services
• 1:3 provider/patient ratio
• Highly competitive base salary plus production bonus with a full benefits package
• Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance
