    Bilingual Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician

    Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) speaking Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician at Renaissance Primary Care, a compassionate, family-friendly medical practice located in Newark. This office is located within a one-stop, multi-specialty medical center right in the Ironbound.

    Full or part-time position available.

    The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes.

    Job Description

    • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
    • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, providing appropriate treatment plans.
    • Perform immunizations and preventive health screenings for patients of all ages.
    • Provide outpatient care, including triage for urgent health concerns and follow-up appointments.
    • Collaborate with specialists in areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, and bariatrics to coordinate patient care.
    • Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and disease prevention strategies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

    Requirements

    • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
    • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with completion of an internal medicine or family medicine residency program.
    • Current non-restrictive NJ Medical License
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible

    Skills

    • Strong knowledge of outpatient care practices and protocols.
