Join our team as a Pediatric Neonatologist, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Job Description

• Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills.
• Adhere to, contribute to, and develop clinical patient pathways to ensure a standardized approach to neonatal medicine.
• Recommend, participate in, and work to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost-effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients.
• Act as attending consulting physician for patients who require hospitalization, depending on the needs of patients, medical staff, and hospital.
• Serve as the primary educator for pediatric residents.
• Provide appropriate documentation that meets insurance company requirements; appeal all denials in a timely manner.
• Participate in inpatient rounds and provide appropriate hand-off to the next team.

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible in area of specialty.
