Job Description

• Provide independent and collaborative care to premature and critically ill newborns within NNP scope and protocols
• Manage infants across both intermediate and high acuity NICU settings
• Conduct comprehensive and interval histories and targeted physical assessments
• Order, interpret, and act on laboratory and diagnostic studies
• Develop and adjust treatment plans including medications, procedures, and supportive therapies
• Participate in neonatal rounds and coordinate care with physicians, APPs, nursing, transport teams, and ancillary services

Requirements

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification and licensure
• Clinical experience in neonatal intensive care
• Strong assessment and procedural skills
• Passion for evidence-based, family-centered NICU care
• Team-focused approach with excellent communication skills
