    An opportunity is available for a board-certified (or board-eligible) Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist to join a supportive and collegial team in a community-based setting.     Job Description

    • Interpret surgical pathology, frozen sections, and select cytology specimens.
    • Perform gross examination and dictation of surgical tissues as appropriate.
    • Provide timely and accurate written pathology reports to referring providers.
    • Consult with physicians regarding test interpretation and case findings.
    • Participate in quality assurance, lab inspections, and infection control activities.
    • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
    • Engage in intradepartmental meetings, peer reviews, and continuing medical education.
    • Assist with training or supervision of lab personnel as needed.

    Schedule

    Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
