• Community Impact: Serve a region of over 2 million people, providing comprehensive pediatric urology care.
• Clinic Management: Oversee a fully functional APP staffed continence clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Strategic Oversight: Assume responsibility for the strategic, operational, and administrative functions of the Division of Pediatric Urology.
• Reporting: Directly report to the Chair of the Department of Surgery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
