    Job Description

    • Assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
    • Address the whole patient and see them as an individual.
    • Design programs that will restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
    • Adapt to the needs of the patient and find joy in the variety of work and settings.
    • Collaborate with peers and make referrals to help patients get the care they need.
    • Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.

    Requirements

    • Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
    • Must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
    • The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
