Emergency Medicine Physician

Join our team as an Emergency Medicine Physician with a flexible assignment starting in May 2024. This position involves 12-hour shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a) in a busy emergency department with an annual volume of 20,000 patients.

Job Description

• Provide solo physician coverage with APP support, including 10 hours of APP coverage daily
• Manage an admission rate of 12%
• Utilize Meditech EMR; training is provided
• No ATLS, ACLS, or PALS required for EM trained physicians; however, Primary Care trained physicians will need these certifications
• Work in an 11-bed department

Requirements

• Physician must be board eligible (BE) or board certified (BC)
