Job Description
- Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions
- Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education
- Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care
- Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes
- Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad

Requirements
- Master’s degree + completion of an accredited NP program (required)
- Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required)
- 2-5 years experience in podiatry post-training (preferred)
- Long-term care/nursing home experience (preferred)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings
Compensation
- Our providers are compensated based on the percentage of the revenue they generate. This means the more patients you see and the larger your caseload, the greater your earning potential. Full details about our remuneration model will be discussed during the interview process.
