Family Medicine Physician
Actively seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician for clinic coverage located in Albuquerque, NM to start in July. This position will serve a pediatric and adult patient population within a value-based care model, featuring 30-minute appointment times and low patient volume. The focus is on clinical outcomes and preventative care.
The work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no late clinics, no after-hours charting, and no call! This role offers a good work/life balance with time built in for administrative tasks. Physicians are supported by RNs and will oversee one Advanced Practice Provider, with additional support and oversight from a Physician Lead.
Quick credentialing turnaround is expected in 2-4 weeks. The EMR systems used are eClinicalWorks and Elation, with no payer enrollment required. A one-week virtual orientation is paid.
Job Description

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited US School of Medicine; MD or DO - Required
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine - Required
- Current unrestricted New Mexico license - Required
- Current DEA Certificate - Required
- BLS certification - Required
- Full-time availability - Required
- Clean background with no or little malpractice - highly preferred
- Local provider - highly preferred
