Prime HealthCare Staffing specializes in working with school-based rehabilitation professionals across the nation. Prime HCS has immediate needs for a travel contract position for an experienced school Occupational Therapist for a school district in northern Illinois. This is a FMLA position during the school year starting in early January, 3 days a week for 13 weeks. This school district is in a region with rolling, beautiful hills in Northern Illinois.

Job Description

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student needs

Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• Current CPR card
• Current state license
• Annual statement of health and TB test
• Professional references
• Must complete drug screen and background screen
• Fingerprinting
