Join our team at the Hampton VA Hospital, a government facility within the Veteran Health System located in Hampton, VA. This position offers a structured work schedule and the opportunity to supervise a dedicated team.

Job Description

• Work schedule is from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with one week of on-call blocks every three weeks.
• Supervise CRNAs and manage 8 beds with 5 step-down beds (Pulmonary Critical Care support ICU and Hospitalist manage ventilators).
• No CT Surgery or Neurosurgery; most surgeries are ambulatory.
• Cover GI Clinic and 1 Minor Clinic.
• Transfers will go to Sentara Medical Center and Riverside Regional Medical Center.

Requirements

• Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months).
• Names and numbers of 3 references.
• U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card Holder.
• Must have worked within the last 6 months.
• Certified or eligible for board certification.

Pay Information

• 1099: $300 an hour.
• W2: $500k per year.

Privileging Details

• Timeline: 6 weeks.
• Required health documentation: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS & ATLS.
• Fingerprints/background check required.

Worksite Information

• 73 bed hospital with 5 operating rooms.
