• Primary worksite city: Eagle Butte
• Worksite type: Government; IHS
• Start date: August 2025
• Pay information:
  • W2: 200k per year plus medical, dental, 401k, long-term disability, and life insurance
  • 1099: Regular pay $100 - $120 with malpractice covered (housing may be provided by the facility)
• Privileging details:
  • Timeline: 6 weeks
  • Required health documentation: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu
  • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS & ATLS
  • Fingerprints/background check
• Board certification requirements: Certified or eligible ABEM
• EMR: RPMS
• License state: Any state license accepted
• Worksite information:
  • 35 bed comprehensive facility
  • 2 trauma rooms
  • 16 treatment bays
  • 4 triage rooms
  • RN and MSA support during each shift
  • Services include audiology, purchased referred care, dietitians, emergency department, eye care, pharmacy, physical therapy, public health nursing, radiology services, pain management, inpatient care, laboratory, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
• Staffing includes:
  • 1 physician from 7am to 7pm
  • 1 NP from 7am to 7pm
  • 1 NP from 7pm to 7am
  • 1 MD from 7pm to 7am
• Location options: Rosebud, SD or Pine Ridge, SD

Requirements

• Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
• Names/numbers of 3 references
• U.S. citizenship required or Green Card holder
• Must have worked within the last 6 months

Work Schedule

• 7 on 7 off or 14 on 14 off
• Shifts: 7am-7pm/8am-8pm/7pm-7am
• Flexible schedule with 7-14 shifts a month
