Primary Care Physician (FM/IM)

Join our team as a Primary Care Physician located just 1 hour from Oklahoma City, OK. This position offers a long-term contract or permanent opportunity with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no weekends or nights.

Job Description

• Work includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness exams.
• Credentialing takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

Requirements

• Any state license accepted.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
