Job Description

• Pay Information: $15,360 per week. No holiday pay or overtime rates. Note that this client is under our FSS contract and they are not held to our typical cancellation policy (meaning they can cancel at any time for any reason without penalty).
• Worksite Type: Government; VA Health Care.
• Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 4 PM - 8 AM and Friday - Monday 4 PM - 8 AM.
• 7 on/7 off required or week on two weeks off.
• Staffed with mid-level support.
• Patient Information: Census is 2 patient transfers and 3 program admissions.

Requirements

• Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months).
• Names/numbers of 3 references.
• U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card Holder.
• Must have worked within the last 6 months.
• Privileging Details: Timeline: 6 weeks. List required health documentation: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu. Required certifications: BLS, ACLS & ATLS. Fingerprints/background check is required.
• Board Certification Requirements: Certified or Eligible.
• EMR: CPRS system.
• License State: Any State License accepted.
• Worksite Information: 388 bed hospital.
