Rates are all-inclusive for CRNAs (this includes all travel and overtime/holidays which they will not work).

Job Description

• 240 shifts
• Rate disclaimer - please call the AM to have rate discussions. A higher rate cannot be guaranteed but we can ask.
• Start date: 4/6/26
• Contract length: not specified
• Shift details: able to work 5-8's, 4-10's, 3-12's, 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p. No call shifts. Willing to work weekends but not weekends only and will take someone who can do only 2-3 weeks a month each month.
• Schedule: once credentialed will get schedule from site depending on what confirmed for and when they go to Med staff orientation.
• Amount of coverage needed: 40 hours per week (3 FTE).
• Patient population/age: all ages, inpatient, and outpatient.
• Department description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other. Various types of surgery - general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center.
• Need someone that is able to work in the main ORs, most of the time at Memorial.
• EMR: Cerner.

Requirements

• Board certification: WV.
• License required: Yes.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
• Minimum experience required: 2 years.

Credentialing Timeframe

60-90 days.
