**Job Description**

- Provide primary care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits for patients aged 2 and up
- Work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

**Requirements**

- Must be Board Certified
- 2+ years of clinical experience in a primary care specialty
