Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and Occupational Health (no Workers Comp). Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-4:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 11:00am-7:00pm, and Friday 6:00am-12:00pm. Lunch breaks are flexible.
