We are seeking a growth-minded vitreoretinal specialist surgeon or medical retina practitioner to join our renowned team of physicians at The Retina Care Center (RCC). Job Description

• Join a team of highly committed physicians dedicated to helping new associates build their practice for long-term success.
• Work in attractive geography with wonderful communities, entertainment and leisure, and easy access to Washington D.C, New York City, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and the Jersey Shore.
• Collaborate with doctor-centric clinical teams (scribes, photographers, and ophthalmic technicians).
• Utilize essential diagnostic and treatment equipment in every location.
• Access operating rooms equipped with modernized systems and skilled staffing.
• Participate in clinical trials with a fully staffed clinical trials team and opportunities to serve as principal investigator in numerous Phase 2 and 3 trials.
• Benefit from effective transfer of goodwill from established doctors with guidance on referral relationship development and practice building.
• Engage in collaborative surgical skills review and mentorship.
