Optometrist

We are seeking a growth-minded Optometrist to join our renowned team of 3 MDs and 2 ODs at Outlook Eye Care. Our subspecialty ophthalmology practice has service lines including comprehensive, cataracts, refractive, cornea, retina, oculoplastic, and glaucoma. We have 2 state-of-the-art offices in Princeton and Monroe Township. Help us nurture our mission to deliver high quality and compassionate care.

Job Description

• Minimum base salary of $180,000 per year
• A $5,000 signing/relocation bonus
• Lucrative quarterly productivity bonuses with a simple and highly competitive percentage of collections and very attractive credited revenue for post-op co-management and LDD for LAL patients
• Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys, with some routinely exceeding the 75th percentile compensation
• Paid CME, PTO, malpractice coverage, and outstanding benefits package including health, vision, dental, life, etc., and a 401(k)
