    Physician Assistant (PA-C)

    Job Description

    • Provide comprehensive primary care services for all ages, managing acute/chronic illnesses, performing wellness exams, and focusing on preventative health.
    • Deliver essential women's health services, including routine gynecological exams.
    • Handle urgent care visits and manage common acute injuries and illnesses.
    • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work, X-rays) to identify and assess patient conditions.
    • Develop, implement, and manage patient treatment plans, and prescribe appropriate medications and therapies.
    • Accurately document all patient encounters, treatments, and procedures in the electronic health record (EHR).
    • Perform minor in-office procedures (preferred, but training is available).

    Requirements

    • Current, unrestricted PA license in the state of Tennessee (or ability to obtain).
    • Must be a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C).
    • 12 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting is required.
    • Must possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care.
