Job Description

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients aged 18 and older.
• Manage chronic conditions, acute care, and women's health.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Work alongside a board-certified internal medicine physician and 2 nurse practitioners to ensure high-quality care.
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses.

Requirements

• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
