AmpleHealth Care Center is seeking a forward-thinking Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our premier private practice. Our group, led by Dr. Dheeraj Karma, includes 5 APPs and a dedicated team that provides high-touch, comprehensive care without the burnout.

Job Description

• The "Goldilocks" patient volume: See an average of 15-18 patients per day. We protect your time with 30-minute new patient slots and 20-minute follow-ups, so you can actually get to know the people you treat.
• Tech that works for you: We've integrated AI scribes directly into Epic. Imagine finishing your notes before you leave the office.
• True support: You aren't a lone wolf here. Each clinician is paired with a dedicated Medical Assistant who manages your rooming, vitals, and inbox, allowing you to focus on medicine.
• Clinical variety: From chronic care management and women's health to aesthetics (Botox/Fillers) and PRP treatments, you'll have the opportunity to diversify your skillset.
• Flexibility by design: We value your life outside the clinic. Whether you want a standard M-F or a 4-day work week, we are ready to build a schedule that works for you.

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• A passion for value-based care and a patient-first philosophy
• Unrestricted CA medical and DEA licenses
