    About the job

    Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon

Step into an established surgical practice and work with a thriving patient base in Fort Worth. This "Day 1 Partnership" opportunity is designed for a surgeon who values immediate autonomy and a transparent path to high productivity without the financial burden of a buy-in.

    Job Description

    • Immediate Partnership & No Buy-In: Join as a full partner from your first day with zero buy-in required. Benefit from a transparent financial model, including a unique overhead-free ramp-up period to support your initial growth.
    • Specialized Surgical Scope: Focus on arthroplasty of the hips and knees, including total and partial joint replacements and revision surgery. You will have a defined 3-year ramp-up period with your overhead covered by the group during this initial phase.
    • Strategic ASC Access: Secure equity in multiple surgery centers at a lower cost through our physician organization. Avoid high-cost, established centers and maximize your long-term ancillary income.
    • High-Volume Support: See 30-40 patients per day in clinic with the support of a tenured administrative team. Our flexible MA structure scales from one dedicated assistant to a larger team as your volume and mid-level support grow.
    • Optimal Schedule: Start with a 4-day clinic/1-day OR split to build your panel, transitioning long-term to 2.5 days in clinic. Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with no mandatory weekend or hospital call unless you choose to take it.
    • Ancillary Earning Potential: Participate in diverse revenue streams including physical therapy and Dexa (eligible after 6 months), providing a robust income structure beyond surgical fees.

    Requirements

    • MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
    • Fellowship training in Adult Reconstructive Surgery (Total Joints) is required.
    • Open to all experience levels; we are looking for a motivated surgeon to step into a replacement role for an established panel.
    • State licensure and board certification are required.

    Benefits

    • Comprehensive Coverage: Access to full medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with 401(k) or Roth 401(k) options featuring a company match.
    • Clinical Autonomy: As a collections-based partner, you enjoy the ultimate flexibility to manage your own schedule, including PTO, holidays, and CME time, without institutional restrictions.
