    Pediatric Physician Assistant (PA-C)

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Physician Assistant to join our thriving practice in Fleming Island, FL. This is a high-volume, fast-paced primary care environment where you will provide comprehensive medical care to children from birth through age 18.

    Job Description

    • Conduct well-child visits, sports physicals, and acute/sick visits for patients aged 0-18.
    • Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses, manage chronic conditions (such as asthma or ADHD), and order/interpret diagnostic tests.
    • Perform developmental screenings and offer nutritional, safety, and behavioral counseling to parents and patients.
    • Maintain accurate and timely Electronic Health Records (EHR) to ensure seamless continuity of care.
    • Work closely with the supervising physician and clinical team to coordinate comprehensive care plans for complex patients.

    Requirements

    • Current NCCPA Board Certification (PA-C).
    • Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate experience specifically in a pediatric primary care or urgent care setting.
      • Note: Due to the volume of this role, we are not considering new graduates at this time.
    • Active Florida Physician Assistant license (or willingness/eligibility to obtain one prior to start).
    • Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication with parents/guardians, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
