NP/PA - Cardiology

Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Cardiology department. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on inpatient care.

Job Description

• The APP will see inpatients for consults and follow-ups.
• The APP will cover inpatient at the hospital, seeing consults and follow-ups on the floor.
• The APP comes in every third weekend (Saturday-Sunday) for about half a day and will receive another day off the week after call.
• It would be helpful if the APP could assist with stress testing on weekends, but this is not required.
• Cardiology is a consulting service only; the APP does not admit patients.

Requirements

• Minimum Board Certification: BC
• Familiarity with the EMR System: Epic
