**Job Description**

- Schedule is 7 days block, 8 AM - 8 PM or 5 PM to 5 AM (12-hour blocks), with some night/weekend availability. If traveling, will try to block shifts.
- On-staff doc shifts are 6 AM - 5 PM, 11 AM - 10 PM, 8 PM - 6 AM.
- Small amount of pediatrics (10-15%), adults, geriatrics, Medicare, Medicaid.
- 221 bed facility, 80-85 visits daily/30k annual ER visits, EPIC EHR.
