The site is looking for additional candidates who can cover at least 3 weeks a month. Please ensure providers are available for this duration, as any candidate not meeting this requirement will not be considered.

Job Description

• Availability is primarily between 12-1 PM PST most days.
• Guaranteed hours: 8
• Overtime applies after 8 hours per day.
• We are looking for one full-time provider to work 4 days a week in the clinic, but can consider 3 weeks of coverage.
• The usual schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM, but flexibility is available regarding which 4 days a provider can work. Providers also have the option to work from 9 AM to 5 PM instead.
• The work hours will include a lunch hour (12-1 PM or 12:30-1:30 PM, provider's choice).
• Providers will not need privileges but must go through onboarding with the team to get access set up. The start date can be as soon as onboarding is completed, aiming for October 1 or sooner.
