Radiology Physician

Locum Radiologist

Locum provider will read plain films and CTs, concentrating most on STATs from the ER. Can choose to read Ultrasound or MRI, but not required. Volume expectancy is as much as the radiologist can complete in a day, usually between 50 and 90 exams. No procedures, no fluoro, and no mammo. We have GE PACS with Powerscribe dictation and Epic EMR.

Job Description

• Monday 7am - Friday 4pm, no call, no weekends
• Ongoing position with specific open dates:
  • June
  • July
  • August 4-8
  • September 8-12
  • September 29 - October 3
  • October 13-17
• Provider also needs to attend in-person orientation from 7:30 am to 5 pm (within 2 weeks before the start date)

Requirements

• Active IN State License
• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (Certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency)
• Minimum Years Experience: More than 2 years
• Flu vaccination: Required or need medical or religious exemption
• Covid vaccination: Required or need medical or religious exemption
• Certifications: BLS-AHA issued required for all specialties
