Join our team for an open need in Urology, covering scheduled clinic hours and shared call. This position requires a Pennsylvania license and availability for the specified dates.

Job Description

• Coverage type: Scheduled clinic hours + call
• Open need for Urology - Clinic and shared call
• Dates of coverage:
  • 8/16: 8 AM - 5 PM regular
  • 8/17: 8 AM - 5 PM regular + 5 PM - 8 AM on-call
  • 8/18: 8 AM - 5 PM regular
  • 8/19: 8 AM - 5 PM regular + 5 PM - 8 AM on-call
  • 8/20 and 21: 8 AM - 8 AM on-call

Requirements

• BLS, ACLS, and/or PALS certification required, must be through the American Heart Association
• Must have a Pennsylvania DEA
• Must have a Pennsylvania state license
• Must have malpractice insurance in the amounts of $1,000,000 in indemnity limits per occurrence and $3,000,000 in indemnity in the aggregate; DLP Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center must be listed as the certificate holder
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal residency
• Minimum board certification BE

Staff Overview

Current staff includes 2 physicians, two physician assistants, one nurse practitioner, one practice manager, one RN, four clinicians, two surgical schedulers, and five front office staff.

Patient Volume

Approximately 15% inpatient and 85% outpatient with patients per shift ranging from 20 to 30.
