Nocturnist

Join our team as a Nocturnist, starting ASAP with ongoing coverage. This position involves working in a hospital that is stroke certified and offers a supportive environment for patient care.

Job Description

• Manage admissions as required
• Rounding is assigned, unassigned, or both; nocturnists do not have assigned rounds
• Cover a trauma level 1 hospital
• Handle pediatric cases at level 2 (we do not cover level 1)
• Care for 15-18 patients per shift
• Work in a facility with 400 beds on service, covering 30-50 patients per doctor
• Minimum board certification required: BCEM
• Utilize the Epic EMR system
