Job Description

• Must have completed 50 deliveries and 25 GYN cases in the last 12 months to be considered, as this is a requirement for credentialing
• Need to have a full Michigan license, DEA, and CS3 or IMLC
• Medical school must be on the California approved list
• Residency must be from an ACGME approved list
• No large malpractice issues
• Clean NPDB
