OB GYN Locum

Looking for a locum that can cover weekday call in the hospital. Prefer local if available. Clean malpractice is required due to credentialing timeframe for December dates.

Job Description

• Dates: December 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 27th, 28th, and 29th
• On call from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m. on the dates assigned
• Specialty needed: OB GYN
• Will accept multiple providers (1-2 providers)
• Schedule hours for clinic/hospital: 7 a.m. - 7 a.m. hospital call
• Days for call: Weekday and weekend
• Call starts at 7 a.m. and ends at 7 a.m.
• Support staff available: RN
• Age of patients: Teens to 80
• Number of patients seen per day in clinic: 15 - 25 depending on the day
• Number of phone consults: Less than 5 in 72 hours
• Board certified or board eligible: Either
• Fellowship required: Yes
• Reason for need: Provider leaving
• Credentialing time: 3 - 6 months
• Temporary privileges granted: Yes
• Rounding: Yes
• Average number of admissions per shift: 1 or less
