Diagnostic Radiologist

Join our team as a Diagnostic Radiologist in a hospital setting. This position is available immediately and offers a structured schedule with no call requirements.

Job Description

• Perform light interventional radiology procedures and read tomo mammograms.
• Work schedule is 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with teleradiology taking over at 5 PM on weeknights and weekends.
• Read an average of 95-110 studies per day, including 9-10 MR, 35 CT, 10-15 tomo mammograms, and 40-50 plain films.
• Conduct mammography screenings with 12 reads daily.
• Read X-rays with 50 reads daily, CT with 25 reads daily, and MRI with 15 reads daily.
• Collaborate with one onsite radiologist who reads mammograms, while vRad assists with reading CT/MRI/NM.
• Perform an average of 2 procedures scheduled per day, including needle locs, stereotactic breast biopsy, paracentesis, thoracentesis, upper GI barium enimas, and barium enemas.

Requirements

• Must be tomo and MQSA certified.
• Minimum board certification required.
