**CVT Surgery Coverage**

We are needing someone with cardiac and thoracic experience. This position will utilize 2-3 providers due to a provider leaving.

**Job Description**

- Coverage needed for one to two weekends a month, starting on Friday at 7 am to Monday at 7 am
- Start date: January 2023
- Call schedule: 1:3 weekday and 1:3 weekend
- Patient load: 10-12 patients per day per physician
- EMR/Documentation: EPIC
- Support staff: Nurse Practitioner

**Requirements**

- Board certification required
- Certifications required: ATLS and ACLS
- Only cardiac experience accepted; TAVR and/or CABG experience required
- Not willing to consider non-licensed or IMLC providers
