Join our dynamic team as a Family Medicine Physician in Philadelphia, PA. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for new graduates and provides comprehensive outpatient medical care to patients of all ages and genders.

Job Description

• Review patients' medical records, including allergies, medications, and immunization status.
• Obtain and document patients' medical histories.
• Perform physical examinations and assess symptoms.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for various medical conditions.
• Prescribe and administer medications while advising on possible side effects.
• Provide gynecological screenings and basic gynecological care.
• Administer vaccinations to prevent communicable diseases.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, hygiene, diet, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Rotate after-hours telephone coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Supervise and consult with nurses and medical assistants as needed.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited school.
• 1-3 years of experience needed.
• Proficiency in geriatric, adult, women's health, and pediatric medicine.
• Current Pennsylvania medical license, DEA Certificate, CME & Board Certification.
• BLS & Valid driver's license.

Work Schedule

• Full time (on-site).
• Days (M-F) 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
• On-call requirements: Approximately every 8 weeks on Sundays.
