Acute Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Salisbury, NC

Join our team as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Salisbury, NC. This full-time position offers night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM in a hospital-based setting, with a relocation bonus available.

Job Description

• Provide direct ICU patient care
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Perform ICU procedures (as credentialed)
• Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams
• Implement infection control measures

Requirements

• Active North Carolina NP or PA license
• Acute Care certification required (ACNP or PA-C)
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• ICU experience preferred (APP or RN background), but not mandatory
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ICU environment
