Job Description

• Practice Setting: Private Practice
• Reason for Coverage: Provider on leave
• Dates of Coverage: ASAP - Jan 25th
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 20-30
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
• Will the Locum be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers? No
• Services Available On-Site: Laboratory, Radiology
• Documentation System/EMR: AthenaHealth
• Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric

Requirements

• Board Certified - Internal Medicine/Family Medicine - Required
• Local providers - only mileage will be reimbursed - Required
• NJ license in hand - Required
• Internal credentialing must be completed with the submitting agency - Required
• Clean Background - Highly preferred
• BLS - Required

Required General Procedures

• EKG Interpretation

Required Surgical Procedures

• Incision & Drainage (I & D)
• Suturing of Minor Lacerations

Required Occupational Medicine Procedures

• Employment Physicals
• Diagnosis & Management of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems
• Disability Exams
