Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner (Float) - Midland & Odessa, TX

Join our team as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner in Midland & Odessa, TX. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call duties.

Job Description

• Performs medical assessments of Center patients
• Establishes and monitors a medically appropriate level of care for Center patients
• Maintains clinical core competency
• Works with Chief Medical Officer and Regional Medical Directors to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards
• Collaborates with center leadership team to positively impact quality of care, client and patient satisfaction, and center performance

Requirements

• Master's degree is required
• Current State Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioners Licensure
• Current DEA licensure is required
• Experience in intramuscular, ulcerative colitis, emergency room, or orthopedics is preferred
• Experience/ability to read x-rays and diagnose orthopedic-related injuries
• Experience/ability to suture
