Nurse Practitioner (New Graduates Accepted)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team in Fitchburg, MA. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a variety of patients and have a strong interest in Pain Medicine. Experience is flexible, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Description

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of ages (excluding young children)
• Work collaboratively with physicians and support staff to deliver high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Participate in patient education and follow-up

Requirements

• Valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience is flexible; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
