Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

Psychiatric Provider

This position will be responsible for psychiatric services in the child and adolescent residential facilities we have in Dayton, Washington Courthouse, and Columbus, Ohio. The provider will service clients at the three locations weekly, with the main location in Columbus and regular travel to Dayton and Washington Courthouse locations (with mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate).

Job Description

• Providing diagnostic and evaluation services for clients, ranging in age from 6-18 years old.
• Providing medication management.
• Meeting with clients and evaluating their conditions.
• Documenting services and progress of the clients per our guidelines.
• Commitment to being respectful of the cultural diversity, personal values, and traditions of clients and their families in alignment with Eastway Behavioral Healthcare agency mission.
• Providing supervision to nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants.
• Flexible schedule between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.
