Psychiatrist - ER (New Grads Accepted)

Join our team as a Psychiatrist in the ER, located in the Bronx, NY. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment with both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.

Job Description

• The ER Psychiatrist will have responsibility for clinical and educational activities in the ER Unit, including participation in a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• He/she will participate in activities related to clinical care and documentation of care, performance improvement regulatory compliance, and student education.
• He/she will report to their Unit Chief and Chair.
• He/she will also participate in our innovative integrative care activities.

Requirements

• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry.
• Completion of an approved Psychiatry residency training program.
• MD or DO from an accredited school of medicine.
• License to practice medicine in the State of NY.
