Locum Radiologist

Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, and MacNeal Hospital are looking for a Locum Radiologist.

Job Description

• Dates of Coverage: January 2025-ongoing
• Reason for Coverage: Currently recruiting for a permanent Body Imaging position(s)
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based. Providers will read for all three locations but will be based at LUMC.
• Call Schedule: Call negotiable
• Call Ratio: Call negotiable
• Average Number of Cases Per Day: Variable upon rotation. 35 CTs, or 100 x-rays, or 60 US.
• Trauma Level/Designation: LUMC (Trauma I), GMH (Trauma II), MNH (Trauma II)
• Documentation System/EMR: Epic, PowerScribe, Intelerad PACs, Softek Illuminate
• Number of Radiologists in Practice: 10.80 FTEs
• Do You Use Teleradiology? N/A. However, open to locum reading remotely. Would like to see fee schedule first.
• Patient Age Demographic: All (Not necessary for locum to read Peds)
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months
• Facility Reimburses for the Following Costs: Flight, hotel, rental car, mileage billed at the IRS standard rate. If the provider is local, then we only reimburse for parking.
