Job Description

• Supportive and collaborative medical staff, operations team, and leadership
• Local administration with all decision-making in BV Hospital in Findlay
• Leadership who are invested and seek your input

• Opportunity to provide and receive mentorship
• Group with surgical and robotics expertise
• Flexible office hours averaging between 20-30 patients per day
• 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume
• Surgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital, and surgery center
• 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions
• No more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours
• Office procedures (cystos male/female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid, and Botox injections)
• Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous)
• Four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion
• Establishing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs fed by 6 other providers
• EMR: Cerner
