    Cardiovascular Technologist

    Under the leadership of the Department Manager and the supervision of the Cardiovascular Supervisor, the Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist (ICVT) will, through the utilization of specialized equipment under the direction of a qualified physician, perform procedures, including fluoroscopy and digital image capture on patients resulting in the accurate diagnosis and/or optimal treatment of congenital or acquired heart disease while maintaining maximum patient safety and comfort.

    Job Description

    • Part time, 30-hours per week, 10-hours variable shift.

    Requirements

    • Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited school of cardiovascular technology or 5 years of experience.
    • Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire.
    • Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification upon hire.
    • National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
    • National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire.
    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
    • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
