    Seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established, dedicated team of primary care providers at Providence Medical Group's Centralia Internal Medicine clinic in Centralia, Washington. In addition to Family and Internal Medicine, this medical home modeled facility offers embedded services such as behavioral health, diabetes education, and more to care for its largely geriatric patient population.     Job Description

    • Full-time position with shared at-home only clinic call
    • 4/10's or 5/8's shift schedule available
    • Experience is preferred
    • Rural health stipend included, $10,000 annually
    • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits available
    • Compensation is between $123,866 and $167,688 per year
    • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
