Seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a growing team at Providence Medical Group's Eastern Washington hospitals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and supportive group in a highly collaborative, collegial Anesthesia team model, at a Level II trauma facility with over 35 ORs. The position also fosters growth as you will be exposed to a wide variety of cases, partnering with diversely experienced CRNAs, at a facility affiliated with Providence's Holy Family Hospital and Sacred Heart Medical Center. Job Description

• Highly collaborative, collegial Anesthesia team model
• Wide variety of cases, partnering with diversely experienced CRNAs
• Offering $30,000 signing bonuses, value-based incentives, and relocation assistance
• No state income tax in Washington state (federal income tax still applies)
• As a non-profit organization, Providence qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Experience preferred; new graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
• Compensation is between $255,000 and $295,000 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
