Mission Heritage Medical Group has an exciting new opportunity for a full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a new facility in Rancho Mission Viejo. This new state-of-the-art location includes radiology services, an on-site imaging center, an urgent care center, and new office spaces. Job Description
- Full-time Monday to Friday schedule with 36 hours of patient hours and a half day of admin
- Work in a brand new state-of-the-art facility with on-site imaging, urgent care, radiology, primary care, endocrinology, dermatology, and OBGYN
- Outpatient care only
- Highly collegial and collaborative group that operates on a team-based care model
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation is between $265,000 and $356,553 per year
- Full benefits including health, vision, dental, PTO, retirement, and more
- Eligibility for Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position
- Providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer
Requirements
- Board-certified/board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician (MD/DO)
- Must be licensed in the State of California
- Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
